I just left after getting my meal and while waiting for my food I was having a good conversation with the girl at the window, I didn’t catch her name but she had heart gauges, she was so sweet but unfortunately during our conversation an older lady came behind her with the rudest of tones and just said “we’re done, we’re done” and cut our conversation off by closing the door. I used to work at a taco bell for years and I would never have been so rude as that lady was. There was nobody behind me or in line either so it was 100% unnecessary and 200% rude.

It's really annoying when u get all the way home and realize that ur sauce for the new dipping burritos wasn't even in there and they forget a burrito ..who wants to turn around and drive back there? Not me.....so yea that happens almost every time. I know I should check the bag before I pull off but can't u just get the damn order right? I'm not a difficult picky customer. I don't ask for anything to be taken off or added so idk why it's so hard.

They had to make my burrito not once, not twice, but three times and guess what, it still wasn’t correct. If someone says no cheese and no sour cream they mean it, it’s not a suggestion. I completely understand being slammed and messing up, but doing it three times in a row and still not fix it or make sure it was absolutely correct before sending me on my way is wrong. By the third time they made my burrito they put it in the griller and pressed it down so hard it basically became a quesadilla and ripped the burrito to pieces. If I could rate this place a 0 I would.

Asked for the Dorito shells and got stale regular shells. I guess they needed to get rid of their stale stuff so instead of throwing it out they will serve it to you.
