I came to the location again I guess that's my fault already but they were out of nacho fries the nacho fries are on the menu board in 3 different locations but the person doing the orders can't seem to keep what they are advertising on Stock. The same stuff happened at the one on Emory road in powell.. how the hell does this happen. I wish there was some type of accountability in these locations. We are advertising nacho fries I should probably order extra. Does this ever happen? Also the cashier had to deal w me being a p**** about it, the manager on duty should have been the one to handle an upset guest but I guess that's how they do it at the bell

I can't believe how pathetic this experience was!!...was not worth the money invested..the lettuce was in rib chunks and everything tasted over greased and over salted...in fact didn't taste like your typical taco bell food???...it was disappointing and I was compelled to ask my money back...but we had got all the way home and had a horrible meal..wow..vowing to not go back there to eat again..not to mention the soft shells were dry and crumbly..not fresh at all..the staff seemed ok but everyone there should be ashamed the shitty food they are passing off there in clinton taco bell!!!

The staff was very unprofessional and creepy. The played they're music very loudly on their phones. They also stared at my girlfriend and got the food wrong.

The people That work the window are rude, and do not hold anything out the window for you to reach it... they want you to hang yourself out the window to grab what's in their hand. My food was also cold as soon as they gave it to me. The line got extremely long so wouldn't have been worth it for me to get back in, they also only gave me two Cinnabon delights and I ordered four.

This Taco Bell is horrible. They always get your order WRONG. Just a bunch of kids that work there.

When breakfast was first introduced, I tried it at this location. It was absolutely horrible. After waiting some time for the bugs to be worked out, I decided to give it another try. I ordered 2 of everything on the new $1 breakfast menu, including the Cap'n Crunch delights. They were out of those. Get to the window, and I am told they are out of eggs! WHAT?! With all the hype on TV promoting your breakfast, how do you run out of the main ingredient?! The manager gave me a refund on the portion of my order they ran out of, little did I know, she was doing me a favor! If I knew I was about to eat low grade dog food in the form of the items I DID receive, I would have taken the refund and peeled out! First was the potato bowls. The secret to these was to dump the contents and eat the styrofoam. It was like eating gravel covered in week old nacho cheese sauce from the state fair. Then came the grilled burrito. It should have been served on a stick because it was a Popsicle! I think they pulled that one from the fridge! The only part of this meal that had a good taste was the sauce packets! This location should be ashamed to serve this garbage! I won't be back to this location, because I wouldn't feed their food to a dog! Taco Bell is one of my favorite places to eat, and most every location I've visited has been excellent. This one desperately needs to be evaluated by corporate!
