Yeah I don't understand why they keep trying really. I go in there last night and I asked for a menu and they tell me they don't have one. And pretty much that was the end of that story I went looking online and there's all these deleted menus. So I guess I have all day to figure out what you people sell. You don't have a menu inside A-frame anywhere in the store you don't have anything written down anywhere you don't have anything you can point at your aren't even trying. I guess they honestly expect people to just walk in there and just automatically just know what they serve. Like every single freaking Okie from Muskogee that goes in there has the menu memorized or orders the same thing every time. I don't know what their problem is. Is extremely difficult to do business with these people. They honestly expect you to live like right next door and have the menu memorized. Like every single person they meet is from out here and dates their sister or whatever.

My order wasn’t correct the last time I ordered and when I called back, they said I would receive a free order of breadsticks for the mistake. I just ordered from there again and told them I’d like to go ahead and add the breadsticks on I was promised, they said okay and they knew what I was talking about. Get down there only to be told “it wasn’t on the ticket” when I asked where it was at. Told them the situation and they acted like they didn’t care. Twice in a row. I’ve never had this many issues getting a correct order and I’ve been eating at pizza den almost my whole life. A little irritated at the service now.

It was nothing short of AMAZING every time i’ve went there. They employ young high school students who in fact work very hard, every time i order whether i’m picking it up or having it delivered i get amazing service, and when things are messed up, they are always quick to fix it and are always glad to make things right. The boss treats the kids very reasonable which i know doesn’t mean anything about the food, but i love supporting a place that not only makes good food and has good service, but has a caring management too, if you’re ever at the lake, i highly recvomend you stop by and get some breadstick, you won’t regret it!

I ordered delivery from this place and not only did it take an hour and a half for my food to get here but they messed up my order and brought me half of what I asked for then when I told them the problem They made me feel like I was in the wrong then charged me another delivery fee to Get what I originally asked for not only that but when I gave the delivery driver my money she did not give me the correct change and when I called to tell her the problem she called me a liar to my face. Needless to say this is a place ran by a deranged woman and her daughters and brand new employees every day. Now because they messed and I Called and complained I’m not allowed to go there anymore. This place is nothing but petty.And did I mention my food was undercooked I was basically eating Raw dough.

We sat there for 2 hours and when we went inside to ask how long till we get our food the staff was very rude and asked what table we where are and she said “ wrong table for thank you very much” so we will not be coming back✌️✌️
