I have been to this location 3 times and have yet to get any food! The first 2 times they didn't take order, at all, although they were open. The third time my order was taken after 20 minutes. Another 20 minutes later I left the drive thru line without ever reaching the window. Absolute worst place I've TRIED to eat at!

The worst. Placed order on app for pickup in lobby. Lobby has been closed for weeks apparently. Had to sit in drive thru for at least 20 min to get order. Phones were not answered per note on door.

dining room closed for weeks now for absolutely no reason. guy at the drive through seemed clueless as well. waited 20 minutes for my order that i placed for pickup. there was no mention that the dining room would be closed.

I just went through the drive thru and the elderly lady running it is TERRIBLE. I watched her hand my jamocha shake and Diet Coke to the car ahead of me. I watched him take a big drink of it and hand it back through the window because it wasn’t his. She took the straw out and tried to serve it to me who is 6 months pregnant. I politely declined the drink and asked for both to be quickly remade, she said “well I’m not a liar” and screamed “bye” at me while I drove off. Completely unprofessional and I WILL be calling the health department over this one as you are not supposed to accept things back through the window after they’ve been handed to a customer. She needs a different profession.

Just recently ordered and got my order wrong twice in a row. Ordered a double roast beef with a cheddar cheese slice and received it cold. Went back in to have it remade and got the wrong order again. I also got a vanilla shake when I had ordered a Jamocha shake

Take better care of your employees. I just drove by and saw an employee (struggling with) mowing the grass for the restaurant at 8:30 PM. Does a company as big as Arby's really make their restaurant employees mow grass? Ridiculous. Hire a lawn care company like every other multi million dollar business does.

I order my food at 6:47 pm. Was told to park and they would bring it out. At 7:00 I still hadn't received it. I had to go in the store . And the person in the store was rude. I will never go back.
