i ordered dinner for my husband and myself after a full day of traveling. I chose the Curbside pickup option. My order was supposed to be ready at 6:29 pm. I arrived at the appointed time, called to let them know i was there as required. Fifteen minutes later, I still had not received my order, so I went into the restaurant. There was basically no one there, except for a young lady who was wandering around. I asked for my order, and it was sitting there with my name on it. She ‘didn’t know’ I was there, even though I called when I got there. Needless to say, our food was cold and needed to be reheated.

Our waitress was friendly and had a good sense of humor. The food was good. I didn't like the ice cold apple pie though. Overall good place to eat on Thanksgiving day.

We stopped in while out shopping and haven’t been to a Bob Evan’s in 4 years and it wasn’t good at all. When first got there wasn’t for sure if we seated ourselves when asked the lady behind the counter she rudely said no to wait then she placed us at a booth. Our waitress was very nice and helpful but the food was very greasy and tasteless. I could only take a few bites and couldn’t eat anymore. My boyfriend felt the same way. Usually he finishes all his food and he couldn’t. We did pay for the whole meal just to get out of there but really shouldn’t have. My boyfriend also went to the restroom and came out and told me to think twice if I had to go due to the men’s room not looking like it had been cleaned. We will never eat at Bob Evan’s again
