Buffalo Wild Wings

Was a busy night due to Pacer Game. BUT no one working the check in desk, out of paper to run cards, food was wrong, servers standing around in a group just taking. Manager no were to be found. Waiting forever to get drink because server is busy standing around taking to co-worker. Horrible.

Usually a 30 min wait to be seated. Despite how many open tables, 45 minutes to an hour for food and most likely will be not what you ordered.

me and my man went here and it was so good it never disappoints the wings are so delicious and the carrots are very lovely

Chicken was incredible. Fries were mids (seemed stale or overcooked). We almost always order to-go now. Order is always ready in under 30 min. Convenient to-go parking. Easy pick-up inside, especially when you pay online. App is easy to use and place orders.

There have been two times that I have ordered food to be delivered and my order is incomplete, on the ticket it is good and when it comes time to see it it is not complete, we ate with friends and one of us did not receive his hamburger, and the money was not refunded, terrible service.

I've been coming into this B-Dubs for years and I have to say that your new manager is awesome! She is ALWAYS helping out, cleaning, running food and just being a great manager. I have never seen that here. I know there are 2 other managers here, but they are a joke. You never see them ..and I can tell the staff are much happier since she's been there. She should be running the store!!!

I love BWW but... This is just lazy and cutting corners. I can expect to be disappointed by the Columbus BWW. Had to wait when picking up my order just to receive cold unprepared wings.
