Service & food were both bad. Waited 15 minutes to be seated. Thought it was because it’s Friday night and they were busy but they were less than half full. We waited 10 minutes for a server and when she finally came she was not friendly. I can deal with that if you’re quick and efficient but she wasn’t those things either. Appetizer came and she never brought napkins or silverware, when I flagged her down she acted put out that I even asked and then was in no hurry to bring them. . None of the food was hot, just barely warm but she never came back to check. The small side of Mac & cheese was cold and inedible. We didn’t ask for any ranch but got multiple cups with everything instead of the sauce we actually ordered. Waited a full 15 minutes for carry out boxes. Dirty tables everywhere the whole time we were there. Another server dropped a cup of ranch on the floor in the middle of the restaurant and just left it there- all the staff looked at it and just walked around it. Would not recommend this location.

Went here a 7 pm on a Saturday night. Our server was trying, but she had so many tables that the service ended up being awful. The food took 1.5 hours to arrive after ordering. To top it all off, my wife and I both ended up with intestinal issues. We did share and appetizer, but nothing else. Only discovered it was the wings, when I reheated and ate the left overs 2 days later and had the same symptoms.

Good food, great service... but the bar and restrooms smell like sewage.

We went today and when we arrived the host was super nice…then it went downhill. Our waitress brought us and our kids our drinks and no straws so when she brought our nachos, my husband asked for straws and she seemed annoyed. We placed our order and waited…waited…waited. She walked past our table several times, never checked on us, seen if anyone needed refills, nothing. When we finally got our food, everyone’s was cold and dry. She asked my husband if he wanted another beer and he asked for water and I asked for a refill on my drink. She asked nobody else if they needed a refill and snatched my empty glass off the table. I went to speak to her manager and apparently was not the only table having issues. The waitress then came over and got snippy with me asking what I told her manager and what he said. I told her that I told him our food was cold and dried out and he was going to discount it. We then ran into another of her tables in the parking lot and they had the same issue and said they will not be back.

I’m rating it a 3 because the manager at the Columbus location is lazy. He had one waitress running like crazy as he walked around occasionally picking up a plate or telling people the waitress would be there in a minute. He offered her no assistance at all. The poor woman was doing everything on her own. Do better treat your employees better.

We love the Columbus location, try to limit ourselves to once or twice a month ($$$) but it is our go to when we want out and need to laugh. Scott is the best bartender, but all the people there are friendly, say hi! and smile; they seem to enjoy working there. The food is 98% on, there is the occasional bump in the road, but they are quick to fix everything and anything.

Our second time here at this location and we've had problems each time.

The first time we came and ordered the beer cheese steak sandwich. The sandwich was, in fact, not steak. They made it with chicken because they had run out of the beef, but neglected to tell us prior to ordering, and the waiter tried to gaslight us by telling us it WAS beef. My wife ate 2 bites and didn't want to finish it because she was dissapointed. That sandwich was kind of the only reason she agreed to come here. Even after realizing their mistake they wouldn't refund the meal, or even offer a discount.

The second time, today (several months later) we ordered the 10pc boneless with 2 different sauces, and they were delivered with just one sauce. On top of that we ordered the dip trio but the waiter (same dude) failed to key it in. He offered to place the order for us but we had already been served our entrée so it was too little too late.

So, probably not coming back - and if we do, we're probably going to request a different server. I don't want to be bamboozled three times.

My family had such a great experience last night. The food was quick, fresh AND the service was great. Thanks to Shelby, we will be back. Way to go bdubs!
