I’m rating it a 3 because the manager at the Columbus location is lazy. He had one waitress running like crazy as he walked around occasionally picking up a plate or telling people the waitress would be there in a minute. He offered her no assistance at all. The poor woman was doing everything on her own. Do better treat your employees better.

We love the Columbus location, try to limit ourselves to once or twice a month ($$$) but it is our go to when we want out and need to laugh. Scott is the best bartender, but all the people there are friendly, say hi! and smile; they seem to enjoy working there. The food is 98% on, there is the occasional bump in the road, but they are quick to fix everything and anything.

Always dubious of bww as had too many times it's been bad. However we decided to try it whilst staying in the area.

Service at the bar was quick, food could of been hotter ( it's always just warm) which is a shame. When ordering 3 different types of wings they now put them all together.....not a fan. Go back to individual trays for different flavors. I know the silver trays have been used for a while and whilst the paper was a waste I feel it kept...
