Waited about 20 minutes inside and then they forgot the sandwich and the has browns were cold, they got us new ones but the breakfast bowl was mediocre and it’s expensive!! I think there was 5 little pieces of chicken and I literally came home hungry!!

The service and food are good. However, this supposedly Christian company is freezing their workers to death. The girl who was taking my order was clearly very cold even with lots of layers on.
My advice is to quit obsessing over profits and take care of your workers. Literally every other fast food company is able to take orders without making their workers stand out in below freezing weather.
Everyone else should think about using the diner instead, because they looked really cold.

I love Chick fil a! They amaze me every time I go there. The kids that work there are amazing. Their efficiency is unparallel ed. The food is good...NEVER a bad experience no matter how busy they are. And I love the chicken and Mac and cheese!!

Me and my mom got the worst grilled chicken club sandwiches tonite the buns were so hard we couldnot bite into them had to throw buns away .and just eat without bun. We always get them and these were the worst.Live out of columbus so we tryed to eat them on the road.

The worst drive-thru I've ever been in my life. I drive in at 10:05 a.m. expecting to get lunch, but they're serving breakfast. Now I can't leave I'm stuck because there are four cars in front of me and three cars behind me. They punish me by making me stay there, and get no food because they would not let me out great job Chick-fil-A penalize your customers if they don't order

What a wonderful experience for my family! For the longest time, I had a bit of a grumpy opinion about Chick-fil-A because of a bad experience years ago. But I have to say, the food blew me away this time! The spicy chicken was out of this world, and those waffle fries? Absolutely delicious! And let’s not forget the milkshakes—they were amazing! If you haven’t given them a try yet, you definitely should! I’m sure you’ll enjoy the fantastic food and friendly customer service. Thank you, Chick-fil-A, for turning my opinion around and providing such a great experience! I’m sorry I don't have any pictures to share—this was a couple of weeks ago, and I totally meant to snap some but accidentally forgot. Oops! Just a little reminder that I’m only human, haha! God bless you all!
Always reliable for a quick meal. Chick fil a knows what they are doing and how to make things happen in the most pleasant way possible. How they do that with hangry people all day long is beyond me, but I will always recommend for a quick lunch or dinner stop no matter how busy it looks.
