I came in today with my daughter. She really wanted an iced coffee. They didn't have it but the bartender made my daughter a mocha ice coffee and she drank 3. She said they didn't have it on the menu but she would try it with coffee.Ask my daughter if she liked chocolate or Carmel. I didn't know her name but she went above and beyond for my daughter and I thank you girl behind the bar. I wanted to say thank you for having such a kind bartender. The world needs more hospitality workers like her.

They've gotten pretty expensive. $11 for a nacho appetizer and it was only a single layer ring of chips with cheese and sauce. Literally like $1 per chip. And the manager spent most of the time talking to a couple at the bar while I was there. She did not assist the bartender at all who was serving both behind the bar and tables around the bar. I had to wait for service when I arrived even though the manager was there behind the bar.

ME AND A COUPLE OF FRIENDS ATE AT CHILI'S LAST NIGHT THE SERVICE WAS BAD THE WAITERESS SUCKED WE WANTED TO ORDER $10.99 SPECIAL SHE TOLD US IT WAS NOT AVAILABLE SO WE ORDER SOMETHING ELSE WE NEEDED REFILLS AND SHE WAS AVOIDING US MY BROTHER ORDERED A BURGER AND FRIES NO SALT AND CORN ON THE COBB SHE BRINGS OUT THE FOOD MY BROTHER SAID I ORDERED FRIES ALSO WITH NO SALT SHE TOLD HIM HE DIDN'T SHE SAID THAT IF I BRING YOU FRIES AM TAKING YOUR CORN BACK HE SAID I ORDERED BOTH SO I ASKED FOR A MANAGER I TOLD THE MANAGER SHE DIDN'T NEED TO BE A WAITERESS SHE SHOULD BE NOT AROUND CUSTOMERS SO THE MANAGER MADE EVERYTHING RIGHT THE FOOD WAS GREAT AND FOR THE SERVICE WE GOT WE STILL LEFT HER A GOOD TIP
