It is 428p.m. on 02/18/2025. There are literally SIX EMPLOYEES behind the counter, talking to each other. I'm standing waiting for someone to take my order and make my food. An employee walks up with an empty bowl and asks if someone will make his food for him. I thought he was talking about me...nope, he was literally talking about food for himself that he was going to eat. Me, still being ignored, watched as another employee came and made his bowl for him. Now I've stood there for three full minutes and it's obvious I'm there to eat. Literally, the group standing I. A circle talking, are loomi g at me, tgey know I'm there, yet, not a single person even started to walk toward me to help me. Chipotle, no wonder your stock has gone down. Do better. I'm driving down to QBODA! AND ILL NEVER BE BACK! (BTW, look and see how many reviews I've written. A LOT)!

I did a delivery order because that's the only way you can get the quesadilla with vinaigrette. The vinaigrette is absolutely delicious and it makes the entire meal. I paid for the vinaigrette in my order did not come with it. It was disappointing because it was delivery so there was nothing I could do about it. It is not the delivery services fault since they do not break the seal on your order. Definitely deters me from ordering via take out again

This store does not serve veggies. They always say "we had a large catering order". This happens st all times of the day including prior to lunch. This is a main food that should be served all day.
I don't know what happened but the quantity and quality of the food has gone down and the prices have skyrocketed.

Went here just a bit ago to get food and we stood in line for 10 minutes and not even the people in front of us were being help. The one worker decided to just replace everything instead of helping them. Didn't even acknowledge their presence or tell them it'll be just a moment. All the while a guy was making chips and another putting chips into bags....like seriously? You had a big line forming and you decided chips were more important? That's utterly ridiculous. I wanted to give them another shot but after that, Im not sure if I ever want to

When you say brisket to me, the first thing I think of is a nice bark cutting into the meat, seeing a smoke ring and tasting succulent, juicy beef. Watch the commercial on TV ‘Limited Time Brisket’, they have nice slices of brisket that they’re warming up as they prepared to serve it to the customer.
Then reality sets in. It’s almost false advertising. Tell him you want a bowl. He dumps a couple spoonfuls of brisket into it. The brisket has been chopped into tiny little pieces so small that you can hardly pick them up with your fork. Some of them are dry some of them are moist, but it’s not what they show on TV. Yes it’s tasty and it’s filling. I don’t know how wholesome it is.
Don’t think I’ll be back for seconds.

So over this chipotle. We have given them chance after chance after chance. Constantly missing items we ordered to go. Missing items from our bowls that we pay extra for (guac). Tonight we ordered to go and received our bowls half full. Barely even any rice or lettuce and the black beans are hard and not cooked. It is ridiculous for what we are paying. We will be going to Qdoba from now on.

This Chipotle seems to be having management struggles. My last visit, there was a line to the doors with only one person working the food line, and they did great given the task. The sole line worker had to keep calling for refreshers on food. When I finally got chance to order there was no one to cash me out, a 10 minute wait on guacamole and chips, and still a line to the door. I commend the young person working diligently to get customers served. They shouldn't be the only person in the restaurant working.

The food was pretty good, and I got a good portion. I went inside to find that all of the tables were dirty, which is fine because I didn't eat there but still you have to make sure things are clean for guests. I loved the watermelon lemonade, and my burrito was so good. For my first time, I would say it's worth your money and time, but I placed a mobile order on the app, and I showed up 10 minutes before they said my order was ready and it said my order was ready on the app but they hadn't put it on the shelf because the lady in the back was bringing out all the mobile orders in bulk. They were busy, so I guess I will give them that. I will probably still be returning because they still did a good job.

Inconsistent portion size every time I order to go from the app and go pick up. My most recent the bowl was half empty. Ridiculous.
