This is the absolute best DQ in Columbus. There is no drive thru so you have to go in side and the staff is awesome.

I bought a chocolate hot fudge sundae from here and it was very good
At first ordering was fast, got one blizzard, then they forgot about the other one and didn’t even get what I ordered when they remembered…after they asked me what I ordered. Waited twenty minutes for them to remember I was waiting on one more blizzard. People were messing around and not paying attention. Poor customer service and lacking management :(

Cleanest, fastest, most comfortable DQ I’ve ever been to.
It was that gross yellow "soft serve" you get at a fair or carnival; it has a high water/ice content and no dairy. This is not the real soft serve that DQ is known for. It's hard, tastes like frozen vanilla sugar water and is not smooth at all. Why are they using cheap non-DQ products? This was pretty depressing and gross...I don't eat that garbage for a reason, and to have it served at a DQ is just sad.
Save yourself the time and go a few miles down the road to Freddie's.
There's no bad reason to why I took off one star. It's a Dairy Queen, not the grand of all and not the worst of all Love them cotton candy flurries though ? Sucks though for how bad inflation is, everything is costly for a singular meal

After my horrible experience at Culver's I decided to go back to Dairy Queen! I guessed this is where I'm going to be going from now on! Great customer service! Busy! Fast service! Great burgers! AND A LOT OF GREAT DEALS!!! I would highly recommend for anyone to download the app. You can use more than one coupon. It was very nice!

Everyone there is super friendly! They have an amazing cake decorator. We were super pleased with our sons birthday cake. We have bought a few more cakes for our other children's birthdays, and they did amazing on those as well! Keep up the great work! God has blessed your hands to be able to do such an amazing job!
