Food is always great. Today the lady at the register was probably the rudest person I have came across. Why they think she would be a good fit for customer interactions we will never know.

We prefer this DQ over others in the area, however, this time was a little different. We ordered double burgers and fries and they were not hot. I know we should have sent them back but didn't.

The cheeseburger was decent but the fries were hard like overcooked or Dat under a heat lamp for awhile

Parking: They have a small parking space but they're by an outlet ceter which provides more parking.

Kid-friendliness: Has booths and ice cream. What kid doesn't like ice cream.

Short line at the drive thru, long wait to place and receive the order. Order was wrong, and we had to wait again to get the correct size blizzard, but then they charged us for the large and refunded the small, even though it was their error. We had to wait for the replacement blizzard, and when I asked why the up charge, they said I would have to wait for the manager. We left unhappy with the service, but the food was good.

Second time I've been to this dairy Queen and they have caked on the mustard ask them just a little bit of mustard both times I had mustard sandwich it's like this all the time called the manager his reply was well next time we'll make it better well there won't be a next time cuz this time they should have done it right it's like this every time I go I'm done The dairy Queen on 3rd Street is better cleaner and people there are nicer I advise to go there not this one and it's a lot cheaper. Not the same owners.

I love this place as a place that you can come and chill and eat ice cream and Talk Amongst yourselves with your group the staff is always quick with my order they probably get it out in about 3 to 5 minutes Max which is always good and the cashiers are always very helpful there is also a manager that works here that is very friendly and helpful and I really like talking with her I love the cotton candy blizzard and the Banana Split they were both amazing I also ordered a mobile order from here and I wasn't able to go get it and I called them and they told me that they would issue me a refund in about a week if my bank hadn't refunded me which was very kind of them I wish all staff was like this I definitely recommend it here

They don’t give you what you pay for then call you rude for asking for the food you paid for. Don’t go here go to the Dairy Queen on 3rd street. Also I see the response from the owner to this review is the same cookie cutter response given to all the negative reviews. How about you acknowledge the mistakes and try to improve try to be a better business that cares about its customers and doesn’t rip them off.

Went through the drive through, they got my order right, food was hot when I got home. The lady at the window even gave ketchup and plenty of napkins, maybe 5min wait tops. Excellent customer service for a fast food place, don't usually have a pleasant experience ??

I went through drive threw. The woman at window told me my stuff was in the bag so I believed her. No Sunday and Fries were cold nothings worse than cold fries other than no sunday...I can go to any fast food but I wanted sunday no more.

Food (and small blizzard) was quick and an OK flavor, but not worth the $12 I paid.
