Here in town for a memorial service and reached out to this location tonight for an order of 16 medium pizzas they was very incompetent over the phone, very rude! At first, they used the excuse they don’t deliver here and after I tell them, I will pick up the next thing I know the worker hangs up on me after I told them I will just pick up the order. I proceed to call back and asking why was I hung up on and they said it was gonna take over an hour and a half to fulfill the order. Why not just say you can’t do it instead of just hanging up in mid sentence!!!I will never be ordering from this location when I’m in town again!!! I have family here and I will tell them not to order here as well.

I want to start by saying I truly love Domino's—it is my favorite pizza spot in town, and I genuinely appreciate the Pizza Rewards program and the convenience of the app tracker.
However, I have to give this order a low rating due to poor time management and what felt like misinformation. I placed an order and was given an estimated completion time of 10–20 minutes. When I arrived after the 20-minute mark, the pizza hadn't even been placed in the oven yet.
I ended up waiting an extra 10 minutes, and then the app provided an incorrect status update, indicating the pizza was ready. This wasn't true, as I could see it was in the final stages of cooking, but I still had to wait another 5 minutes for it to be boxed up.
All told, I waited an extra 15 minutes past the maximum estimated time. The disconnect between the app's tracker/estimated time and the actual status in the store is highly frustrating. I rely on that accuracy to manage my time, and misinformation is not appreciated. I hope the store can align its prep and tracking times better, because I love the product, but not the wait.

They don't know how to put toppings on their pizzas. Ordered a 3 topping pizza, peperonni, sausage, mushrooms. Several prices only had peperonni... the picture is the average! When you're paying for toppings you expect they would be on it!

Ordered a pizza yesterday got there 30 mins later they still didn't make the pizza then made me wait till they made it another 20 mins by time I got it they gave me no discount said they can't .. poor service making someone wait that long don't worry I will not return ever again to buy this is second time they did this ..
We order 2 medium pizza and bread sticks. One of the pizzas was supposed to be bacon, ham and jalapenos. Instead of jalapenos they put on pineapple, ruining the pizza. Unfortunately we were too far away by the time we discovered this and didn't have time to go back.

I just ordered the $9.99 any style pizza. Pizza was very good. Plenty of toppings & order was correct. Pizza still warm and delivery driver was nice. Took a little longer for delivery but I had ordered at peak times. Will order again.

I walked in and ordered at 10:30 on a Saturday night. These guys were super busy making food, taking orders, answering the phone and delivering pizzas. I was impressed with how friendly they ALL still were. They weren’t acting overwhelmed and angry that I was there. They welcomed me the second I came in and they were nice and kind during the whole process. Good employees can make or break a company that is in the service industry.
