I have been going to this location for 3 years daily. I absolutely loved it, the staff was friendly, new me by name (even in the drive thru) and my mobile order was always ready and correct. Over the past few months it has gotten much less enjoyable. They took away ALL of the usual staff. The staff now are rude, and my mobile order is NEVER ready. There were four people working this morning and I stood there for FOUR minutes before they acknowledged me. They looked at me several times but never spoke I was the only customer there.

Paid for the Munchkin summer bucket. They charged us the extra for the bucket, but didn’t say a word at the window, just handed us a regular cardboard box full of munchkins. They also charged us full price for our drinks that were supposed to be $1.00 each. As another review said, theft is theft. Dunkin’ just lost long time customers.

Theft is theft. They ended a Dunkin promotion a day early. The app said 2.00 munchkins, I was told the manager ended the promotion only at her store a day early so I was charged 4 dollars. She smiled happily and said, no discounts. They stole 2 dollars from me. They lost me as a customer. Theft is theft.

I ordered an iced decaf coffee because I cannot tolerate caffeine (yes, I know there is a slight bit in decaf). The man who was working gave me my coffee and receipt but the receipt did not say “decaf”. I went back around in the drive thru and asked to make sure this was decaf that I was served. He said multiple times it was even when I showed him it did not say decaf on the receipt. I drank half of the medium iced coffee and had heart palpitations all night and never could sleep. They will never get my business again and someone’s cardiac health is not something to play around with.

This is NOT the Dunkin Donuts of yester year. The staff are sad/ mad and it shows in their service and product. The simple glazed donut I had was small and skinny. The counter person was short with response and rude. Do better and go elsewhere.

I placed an order for pick up in the drive thru. I was 5 minutes early and he wouldn't get my drink. He told me to come back through the line in 5 minutes... I don't understand what the big deal was.... no one was in the line with me. And there were no customers in store. He was also rude when I asked about why I couldn't have my order. So here I sit and wait until it's the exact time to get my drink.

* My order was for 4:05. My drinks were labeled at 3:58.

This place from day 1 has had nothing but bad service and barley ever get what I'm asking for. I've given them so many times to see if it was just that vist or if it was the person. I can say now it's the place it self. Was just there with my wife, got her donut and when getting mine they were out so I asked what do you have. Worker said "come inside" and cancels or order. Smh i end up telling him never mind get my wife her donut and get myself an ice coffee that taist horrible. Smh I'm done with this place. Hope everyone eles has better service then what we had.

Terrible service. Everytime. Purposefully slow while smiling in your face then management harasses you. This place has been a joke since the first day it opened. Idk why you bother spending your money
