Lalith admitted to messing up my order but when it came time to refund Lalith made a quick process turn into an ongoing debacle. I ordered from this company a blend to add in wellness baskets going to LA for loved ones dealing with wildfire, for shipping I paid the extra to ensure the quickest priority delivery available. Lilith processed my order to come over a week later and after I was to be in LA.
I immediately called business and Lalith identified himself as the owner and the one that made the mistake. I started by requesting refund of shipping payment, since he processed order for free shipping option. Refund was not processed. Lalith said he’ll refund in full once he received order back. I told Lalith to contact ups and intercept mail to return to him, as I will no longer be at shipping address to return to him for my refund. Lalith refused to intercept with UPS, instead sending me a return label knowing I won’t be at post office when order is delivered and it will just sit there.
My employee intercepted package and immediately returned with one of Lalith’s labels. Literally it was delivered by UPS which was time stamped and dropped off and scanned to USPS (because Lalith chose a different carrier) 12 minutes later. Lalith still will not issue full refund.
This business not only scams customers out of their money but the owner lacks integrity and professionalism. I had to take issue up with BBB because I still have not been refunded all over a mistake admittedly by owner

My husband was telling me about this place, because he knows that I like tea. I am so glad that I came to your store and tried some tea! I love just smelling it before I brew a cup! It brings a smile to my face first thing in the morning. I will be coming back, and I highly recommend anyone who loves tea, to go onto the store where you will find quite a selection to choose from. Thank you for the great experience and helping us out when we came into the store! We will be back and spread the word to others?

What a great little shop! Who would have ever thought that tucked away in central Indiana is a tea blender with clients all over the world? It's a rather unassuming store front, but inside, you will find a bewildering array of teas from all over the world. This isn't your typical stuff from the grocery store. Most of it is blended there, in the shop. There is also a nice variety of steeping vessels. I've been quite pleased with the blends I've tried so far, and look forward to trying more. I'm particularly eager to watch the flowering tea. Their website also has a very helpful series of videos that will walk you through the steeping process, explaining proper water temperature and steeping times for each type of leaf. Very cool stuff that will serve to enhance the experience.

This is a WONDERFUL shop and I highly recommend checking it out if you’re looking for specialty teas that you can’t find anywhere else. I stopped by looking for a birthday gift for a friend, but I will definitely be back to grab some tea for myself. Lalith, the owner, was extremely helpful in selecting several teas that would be good for my friend. He was very knowledgeable on all the teas, but that is a given for someone who’s been in the business for thirty years. This was one of the coolest experiences I’ve had shopping, and I learned so much about tea. Please, please, if you’re unsure about visiting, definitely stop by!
