The worker Josiah dyer was so wonderful he offered he greeted me with the most warming smile I have ever received this pictures shows his attention to detail as he told me how hot the food was he grated two blocks of Parmesan for me and came to check on my several times after I finished eating he took me on a ride around the city in his black wrapped cyber truck if you do anything this week I recommend coming her and striking up a conversation with this true red blooded American patriot he drove me home and tucked me into bed before leaving and locking the door very gracious and giving

Great service specifically from Josiah Micheal Dyer at the Columbus Indiana location in town he was very attentive when waiting on us and incredibly fast and efficient with his service skills. Took time and care when handling our requests. Would visit again solely for him as he put his heart and soul into everything he did during our stay

The staff at this Fazoli’s location are incredibly kind and extremely helpful. The food is always great and the service always meets expectations. Last week I had an incident where I ordered some food for an event, but accidentally put down the wrong date and time. Fazoli’s was incredibly gracious and made the order happen anyway and I was still able to get the food to our event in time. Thank you to Jennifer, Mitchell and staff for making it happen.

Food was good, but don’t like that they switch to Pepsi. Main complaint is that the dirty/greasy carpet gives the whole experience of eating there a feeling of filth.
