Was looking for a yummy but quick lunch today, and couldn't have been more pleased with my lunch from this Fazoli's! I had come from about 45 minutes away to run an errand, and happened to be in this neighborhood so thought I'd give it a try. I was not disappointed! Breadsticks were delicious, hot and fresh! Service was outstanding, very friendly. I will definitely be back! And next time I will leave room to try the cheesecake, since I saw that they are partnering with Cheesecake Factory, which is my favorite.

Not many customers there this time, staff we're not overbearing, or intrusive, and I can't remember hearing any noise from the kitchen either. All in all it actually made it a very public meal seem like a very quiet, and private interaction. Overall it was really nice.

We go there often, its my little ones favorite. I've only had one time where the breadsticks seemed old and they made us fresh and delivered them to our table. The young blonde guy at the cashier has a great attitude and the male bus boy is a sweetheart and always asks how your days is ect
We had a great experience at Fazoli’s this weekend. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and Jennifer, the manager, went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. It was especially nice with my toddler in tow. Excellent customer service!

My food was over cook. I was unable to eat any of it besides the bread sticks. The food was offal. I don't know how anyone could serve food like that to someone and be able to live with there selves. It was that horrible really.
