Overpriced doodie doo
The food is starting to go down hill. Ordered a double cheese deluxe. 1 small tomato, barely any lettuce, and 2 small onion rings and hardly any ketchup or mayo. Very disappointing for a $7 sandwich. Staff is awesome most of the time.

Like there food quality. Travel around and Freddy's is the better fast food for the price.

My biggest complaint is that when you go in there, you cannot use the coupons that they send you in the emails when you ask for help or ask why it’s not working everyone goes and Ask everybody else they come back and say I don’t know but if you want to use your points and get stuff, it works every time but anything that they send you in a email, it never works. Last time I went in it was a free double and they said oh save it save it save it here use all your points so when in there several times to use it, they used all my Oh no points up and went in there and it expired so then I had another five dollar off a $15 purchase and it didn’t work either and I didn’t have any points to use And it’s just amazing that this restaurant scanner doesn’t work for your points. They always have to key in your phone number and they always have no idea what’s going on that I usually am pretty loyal. That’s the reason why I try to use the loyalty points or whatever and when I lived in Indianapolis didn’t have any of these problems with the Freddys but now that I’ve moved to Columbus it’s a problem every time that we go in , the food is great, but customer service is not always super loud in there also.
