Please enquire what the dressings are made of , I tried ginger and sesame hoping it is healthy, however turned out too sweet and sugary ( should have sampled before putting it on my salad ) , wonder what is so healthy about that !!!

Awesome weekday lunch spot! I love that all of their soups are made in house and the fact that you can customize any menu item or build your own creation! Staff is always friendly— even during the crazy lunch rush 😊

So delicious, and just like in the name FRESH! I love the protein cauliflower rice bowl after a workout. Very fast order fulfilment! Friendly staff. You won't regret going to Fresh Take Kitchen.
