Delicious! The food here is HANDS DOWN some of the best Chinese food I have eaten in a long time. Everything tasted great, and was priced well for the quality. The owners are ABSOLUTE CUPCAKES ? Super nice, smiling, courteous, cleaning continually....they deserve all the praise! Now go there and get yourself some good food! ???
They were very understanding when I recently messed up. I called in an order, thinking I was calling the Great Wall in Franklin. Was surprised that the Franklin Great Wall didn't have our order ready (duh!). The Columbus Great Wall called to remind me that my order was ready, and that's when I realized what I'd done. I told them I couldn't pick it up, but I stopped by a few days later to pay for it (since it was my mistake, not theirs!) and they wouldn't...
All the time I’ve been there it has been amazing, I really don’t understand why some people say it’s bad, like some people say the prices are too high but that’s just inflation. Nowadays almost everything is very expensive, so how can you say it’s expensive when they are just trying to make enough for themselves? Plus, the 5-10min wait time is very impressive!
