They could barely hear on the speaker and had to repeat our order 5 times. When we were handed our milkshake the girl dumped half of the toppings on me and didn’t even apologize. The French fries were soaked and grease and soggy. The chicken strips I paid $9 for were as small as chicken nuggets. Attempted to call the store and complain and the phone just kept ringing. We live out of town and have appointments in Columbus so we thought maybe they would comp a meal for next time or something to make it right but we couldn’t even get through to anyone.

Ordered through Uber Eats. My receipt was on the bag and was correct, but the food inside was not my order. We received the correct drinks, but everything else was wrong.
Food is usually fine, but I wouldn’t recommend using a third party system to get your Jaggers fix.

My wife and ate today at this restaurant. My mushroom burger was good but my fries were cold and nasty. My wifes taco salad was a joke. $10 for a bowl of lettuce with a tablespoon of meat on top. We won't go back..
