I frequent Jimmy Johns often. Rarely do I have a bad experience. Rarely do I leave a review. Today 8/11/25 I visited the Jonathan Moore Pike location and was helped by Evan a Team Member with a great attitude and a very welcoming personality. I just wanted to give a shout out because his customer service skills and team spirit were awesome and I feel he deserves recognition for them. Thank you for the great sandwiches and great service!

Today was set apart from any other day! Having a particularly bad day it's nice to walk in and be known by name. On the worst of days staff in the littlest way made it better! It's the little things in life that matter!

Freshness was what I expect when visiting Jimmy John’s. As a former franchisee, the conversation with the gentleman at the register was great. He could not have done a better job representing his team and the brand.
By far the worst sandwich place I have ever ate at! I got the number 16 and the bacon on my sandwich was raw. The menu does also not disclose that lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise comes on all sandwiches. My cashier that was ringing in my order quit half way through and another girl started. Overall I wouldn't even give this place a single star. I normally don't write reviews like this but man it was awful!!

I come here at least once a week after work and the crew here is always positive, welcoming and seriously…FREAKY FAST. They had my order finished one time and I hadn’t even filled up my fountain drink yet! Fast food is tough especially when it’s a franchise, but this team manages to stay positive and keep the energy up. I’ll definitely keep coming back

Last delivery was door dash and messed up. Ordered directly through JJ and they used Uber eats. Driver canceled and given to a second driver. Took over an hour. I would have picked it up myself if I knew that. No more freaky fast.
