By far the worst sandwich place I have ever ate at! I got the number 16 and the bacon on my sandwich was raw. The menu does also not disclose that lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise comes on all sandwiches. My cashier that was ringing in my order quit half way through and another girl started. Overall I wouldn't even give this place a single star. I normally don't write reviews like this but man it was awful!!

I come here at least once a week after work and the crew here is always positive, welcoming and seriously…FREAKY FAST. They had my order finished one time and I hadn’t even filled up my fountain drink yet! Fast food is tough especially when it’s a franchise, but this team manages to stay positive and keep the energy up. I’ll definitely keep coming back

Last delivery was door dash and messed up. Ordered directly through JJ and they used Uber eats. Driver canceled and given to a second driver. Took over an hour. I would have picked it up myself if I knew that. No more freaky fast.

I wish I could give zero stars. My husband and I just came into this store for the first time ever as we are traveling but we go to our local Jimmy John’s multiple times a week.
This experience was awful.
There was a pretty lady in the front of the line ahead of us and the employees were straight gawking at her, it grossed my husband out so much. They were all staring at her, one of them winked and one yelled “I’ll give her my discount” in a flirtatious way. Totally inappropriate behavior towards a customer standing at the register. Gawking openly and 4 men flirting with the customer. So freaking weird.
Then, I hadn’t ordered anything but was standing there waiting while my husband used the restroom.
One of the dudes put his order on the counter (I had zero idea what he ordered, I wasn’t next to him when he was ordering bc I had stepped to the side) and he looked at me like I was an idiot and said “heLLO??!! I just said Mediterranean wrap, pretty sure that’s yours” with a huge attitude for whatever reason. I almost asked him who tf he thought he was talking to but I decided to ignore his rude attitude since we knew we would never be coming back anyways.
Oh and both bathrooms were gnarly. He said the men’s restroom was gross and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned and when I used the women’s restroom there were straight up pubes on the toilet seat ?

Freaky Fast!!! Walked in and there were 15 people in line. The line wasn’t moving because the lady ordering at the register brought 4 kids under 10 and was asking them slowly and individually what they wanted. She had no game plan of not wasting everyone else’s time in line. Three guys working 1) the guy who drew the short stick and was working the register 2) Middle man 3) fruit ninja warrior making the sandwiches. I had a reward on my app so I ordered online. Before lady at the register was finished giving her order, the “Jimmy John’s A team” had me out the door. I got some looks from people in line getting in and out… so my secret is order online! Sandwich was great.

The service was fantastic. The food was as good as it gets. The prices are way too high with no deals worth coming back for... I saw an ad two days ago for half off of a wrap when you come back the 2nd time... What about the 1st overpriced visit? We will not eat here very much in the future. $24.61 for my 12 year old daughter and I to eat. We had regular sandwiches, chips and a soda... Prices are crazy at Jimmy Johns. It is a shame. They are probably struggling, but so is the General Public.

I came in 10 minutes before closing and staff was welcoming and made some of the best sandwiches I have ever had at any Jimmy John’s location. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
Awesome sub and presentation, everyone in there was nice and i thanked them. They had two extra roast beef subs i guess someone cancelled on and said they were going to throw them away if i didn’t want them so i took them and wasn’t charged for them, they were still cold and fresh, made my day!
