When I get fried chicken, I go to KFC in Columbus Indiana. However, there always seems to be something wrong or missing with my orders. Today, I paid over five dollars for a large coleslaw and the container wasn’t even half full. When I called and spoke to the manager, he just blew me off.

Service was decent enough but not friendly. Restaurant was respectively clean but not inviting, food was good but chicken was over-all a bit greasy which caused my date and I to have digestive issues later. It is a bit difficult to see the restaurant from main road, as it shares property with a large scale retailer (Rural King), and another fast food chain restaurant.

Horrible is an understatement!!! Paid $35 for half done chicken and they did not want to refund me and Kelly threatened me that they would call the police. I would not recommend anyone to eat there unless you want to be food poisoned.

I have always got good food and good service there, today was a different story. They didn't want to honor my coupon. They said thier manager cussed them out yesterday for using coupons. They have the sign right on the window saying text this number for coupons. They were all very hateful! One girl gave me my food and Said I know who to look for I'd I get fired! Plus I asked for fries and got coleslaw with no fork. I visit this KFC at least once a week but I'm done! I felt threatened when I left. I said if my boss cussed me out I'd be looking for a new job. They made me feel horrible. Plus along with the service the food was poor! Sorry you just lost a loyal coustmer. Take your signs down if you aren't going to honor coupons. I had one girl screaming at me! Never been so mad or upset after I left a restaurant! Like I said employees have always been nice there and I always compliment them on thier good service! Bye ? ? ? KFC!
Waited in the drive thru for 2 seperate doordash orders from 10:50 to 11:20….a half an hour….wasted outside a KFC window…….0/10
