8pm Friday, July 25, 2025 … I’m told before I start to order “We’re out of biscuits and chicken for the rest of the night.” …. WHAT No chicken … AT A RESTAURANT FAMOUS FOR CHICKEN … ONLY CHICKEN. No biscuits … AT A BUSINESS THAT PUT BISCUITS WITH EVERY ORDER. How do you stay in business? YOUR REVIEWS ARE HORRIBLE!!! Now I see why!

This is a great location. While I can't say much about the dining room as I've yet to go inside. They've always got my order ready and I haven't had to wait very long in the drive through. While I didn't get the attendants name he provided great and friendly service during my stay.

Spent $54 bucks for a family meal drove all the way to Taylorsville and stuff was missing tried to call 6 times no answer drove back with receipt talked to manger not even a sorry about that

Hey! This is for jade, that works in the window! How does it feel to act better than people when you're the one standing in a ff restaurant taking our orders 😭 rude as all ever, forgot multiple items of the order, my husband had food SLUNG at him through the window by that jade girl. She really needs to be moved to fryers or something, there's no REASON ANYONE ever should be treated that way, having a bad day or not, guess you shouldn't have came in if you where going to treat customers that way.

I love KFC food, but I have recently quit eating it. I found that when I go to pick up or dine in that the staff present themselves as people who don't want to be there. They talk as if they are depressed, the food is never as you order it, and they get angry when you bring that up as it's your fault. I'm not talking about one specific location. a large majority of them have the same attitude. I don't know how other people feel, but im tired of sugar coating it. Owners, GM's, Managers and employees need to DO BETTER.

Ordered on line and went to the drive thru but was told I had to come inside to pick my PREPAID food order…it was “policy”. Not at all happy about it, but did. Got home and opened the box and my Original Recipe 3 Piece Meal Chicken was dark brown in color and tasted horrible due to the fact they needed to change the grease but didn’t. The. Mashed potatoes were bland and soupy in consistency. I have eaten at KFC many many times in my life but not this location and it was absolutely the worst meal I have ever had from KFC or any other chicken place. Skip KFC and try the Zaxby chicken a few blocks away.

Went to the drive through to place my order to, Tuesday May 27th at 4:15pm. Three employees were standing outside, and a bunch of other employees standing in the drive up window. Not one of them would take my order. I was the only one there and I kept on yelling hello in the speaker. They wouldn't take my order. All the kids just stood there talking. Is this how you treat all your customers?

Most of them are closing and I can see why there chicken is always soggy I'm not eating no soggy chicken for 20 bucks
