Best latte “EVER” this morning! I drove all the way across town just to get a Lucabes’ butterscotch latte and it did not disappoint !

The coffee was what you’d expect, the açaí bowl was amazing. Service was average. I am turned off by being asked to tip when I pay. I haven’t even received my items yet. I don’t know how the service will be or the quality. It makes it hard for me to want to return. I believe in tipping at certain places. A coffee shop that costs me $15 for two items is not one of them. Do you not pay enough? If so I shouldn’t support you. Nobody is bringing me anything or coming to clean up my order. I don’t tip at chick fil a so why am I pressured to tip here. I really don’t want to return. I don’t like feeling like an A hole but in these economic times why should I make up for your payroll issues? Answer: I shouldn’t and I won’t. A tip should be from what I want to do, not what’s expected of me. Asking is tacky.

I love their peach iced tea. My aunt loves their matcha. The view of the stream and the people's trail of Columbus is absolutely beautiful. Their drinks are pretty expensive but the atmosphere at this location is wonderful. We spent 2 hours at an outside table looking at the stream.
Lucabes is the best spot to go for anything! They have a great menu and great spots to study or catch up with friends. They do their best to keep the line moving quickly. They have great options for dairy free too! Their kid zone is pretty great according to my nieces. You can’t go wrong at either location! :)

I love both locations. The downtown location is delicious and restful. The Dead Horse location is all that with the convenience of drive-thru which I seem to appreciate when on that side of town. 😋

It kinda took forever for the drinks to come out and my mom said they partly spilled mine so I didn't get the latte art lol. Whatever it's still really good quality stuff. The mocha latte and brownie were fire
