Ordered ahead for our high school robotics team. Food was ready ahead of schedule. Burgers and chicken were great. Service was friendly and appreciative. Cost Fit perfectly into our limited budget. “Best grilled chicken ever” per some of the team.

Was really looking forward to trying this local burger place, but it was not the best experience. The employees that were working ignored customers for too long before finally taking their order. I placed a pickup order and waited over 30 minutes for two burgers and fries, and by the time we were called up to the counter our food was cold. I would understand the longer wait if the restaurant was busy but it was not at all. Food would have been better if it was served fresh. If I go back I hope the food is served hot and the employees provide better customer service.

Double burger w fries & side of cottage cheese = $11.63. Cottage cheese side was almost $3 and disgustingly dry, I pitched it!Steak N Shake's $4 value double burger n fries is BETTER & definitely much cheaper, with a drive through too!Not worth the hike, hype or hard earned cash!

A really good burger,place looks deserted and only 1 girl working..we walked in with 7 of us and the girl rocked out our order by herself after taking the order..DAMM good burger! A five star would have been possible if the only employee (as u said u only have 1 during slow times) wasn't being used,just for safety there should be another employee,also for faster service to ur customers,so for these IMPORTANT reasons a 5 star rating will never be possible from me,u asked and i answered but still very good reasonably priced lunch

It's been decades since I've had a Lucas Burger and it was at the original location. The new generation have done the original justice. GREAT Burger!! Best I've had in a long time that wasn't self-made.
