Luciana's Mexican Restaurant and Cantina

This place deserves a 5 star. They are never closed and food is never not fresh. If you go to the bar to try tequilas the bartender will give you like a little show and background for each type. Great experience there. However I’m not big on servers talking for too long. When it starts to interrupt my date my review goes down. Long as the servers get that part the place will definitely be a 5 star.

Had to pack up and leave . our server was rude . one of our drinks was never given we let it go . took too long for our foood and it was cold already. got our orders wrong and have the audacity to tell you that you are the one who messed up .
talk about customer service and not owning up to your own mistake . lost 7customer for good !

Stopped in for lunch while discovering dosntown Columbus. Excellent service from both the host staff and the table service staff. Enjoyed the Juevos a la Mexicana and Chicken Fajitas out on the front sidewalk ...all was perfect!

Our favorite Mexican restaurant! we compare all others to Lucianos and they just don't measure up.

I don’t consider this restaurant authentic Mexican food! I ordered 3 chicken enchiladas with rice, avocado, black bean and queso sauce, the enchiladas were fried and the toppings of creamy queso sauce, black beans and slices of avocado and some weird green chili sauce, not tasty and too heavy, I didn’t finish the plate! On the other hand, my partner ordered a sauteed veggie plate, with a salad and creamed beans, he was satisfied, but not with the salsa they served with chips, tasted like catsup! The waiter brought him two more sauces that made him smile!

I have been to the Broad Ripple and Greenwood locations several times. Always a great experience in food and service. This was our first time at Columbus and it was terrible. We waited 35 minutes for food and when it came out, my friend was told they were out of poblanos so she did not get half her meal and had to order something else and mine was cold. I sent it back and it came back the same. Maybe microwaved for a few seconds with no cheese sauce remaining and a soggy burrito vs chimichanga. Not sure we will be back.

I was nervous when I saw that there weren't more people, but the service was superb and the chicken was well seasoned. My friend thought that his beef was a bit dull..Please fix the wobbly table or I will have to bring a book or screwdriver next time, because I will be returning.Best regards,Bonnie.
