We arrived at 3:40 PM and ordered our food and at 4:10 they came to our table and asked IF we ordered food. They asked our name and found our ticket confirming we ordered and then made our food. Our order ticket had not made it from the cashier to the line. We didn't complain...we just waited. Love their cookies but not the service provided. Management needs some improvement. VERY RUDE. Sad to see this place change like this over the years, I’ve been going to since I was a kid.
