Great pizza, the host taking our order was so kind and patient since we had never been there b4 and from Ohio, told us all about their food and how everything is made fresh in house which really showed in the food, my pizza was delicious. If I lived closer it definitely would be a weekly place i would eat at.

The last 2 times I have ordered from Mancino's my meal has been wrong and left me unsatisfied. As I sat waiting on my order I watched the staff picking ingredients off of cooked pizzas leaving strings of cheese and everything looking a mess. The meals I got today were so greasy it leaked through the pizza box and the grinder bag had grease on the handle dripping down.

Not going to out the kid but I watched one guy in particular working in slow motion while I was waiting on my carry out order. A lot of standing around talking by others too.

They did not put the lettuce and tomato on the taco pizza and the sandwich was barely warm and not baked long enough.

Not overly impressed this time around. Forgot the mushrooms on our Pride pizza!
And stop handling the cups by the rim, pressing them against your shirt and placing them upside on on the counter! This us disgusting.

Definitely not the same it used to be:( When I called to make my order, they hung up, I had to call again and when I did she was so rude:/ I got to the restaurant and the younger girl up front was also not very nice. I love to support small businesses but unfortunately I don’t think I will be back.
To go order got it home not so good. If I had wanted a loaf of bread with some lettuce I could have got it a lot cheaper than $33 dollars. I remember when this place was great not good. Funny how things change when they get greedy.

It's been a long time since we ate here. Husband used to work across the street at Cummins. We are traveling and made it a point to stop in.
So glad we did! Food hasn't changed in 30 yrs. The Mancino club was PERFECT!

Lacking is the word of the day for Mancino's. Taco pizza with very little taco meat. Acting like lettuce is the price of gold with how little is used on the grinders and taco pizza. Nothing like it use to be!

I will start off by saying the food is great. Accurate pick up time and generally fresh. However, I was not a fan of one of the staff members trying to tell me I didn’t know my own order simply because they had not written down everything on their tablet. It wasn’t worth arguing over a coke and chips, so I left. My family did call however and the manager did not seem to care, just offered us to come back instead of making a note for next time.
