Mancino's Pizza & Grinders

We been eating here for 14 months never had an issue. Up until the last two orders. We order weekly. I order the same thing. Last week and this week my Reuben sandwich didn't have meat. Or lack there of. When I called to voice this tonight I got told to step in line too many people are calling. Very upsat.

It seems as though they change up their pizzas alot. As for the kids that work there are just doing their job but the manager is very rude & disrespectful.

We were in there today and picked up our order, we realized when we got home that we didn't have our cheesy bread sticks. I called and talked to the girl and told her what was going on and she transferred me to the manager Patty. Patty was VERY rude. She told me multiple times that I did not pay for the bread sticks (even though I did and it was on my receipt as being paid). I said well when I come back and showed you I paid for it, can I have them? She said "You didn't pay for them!"
Well, I took the receipt in and after I was just standing there with the girl at the register, Patty says "Could you just have a little bit of patience please!?" As I am standing in complete silence just waiting. She blamed it on slice not communicating. She still refused to give me the bread sticks or my money back. She said I have to wait for slice to refund me. That's whatever. What I have an issue with is how she treated her employees. She told me "I have to do everything because these girls don't know how to do anything" and then she said "these girls are too stupid to run the oven." These were very nice, very accommodating young women that were working today who felt bad for us in this situation. That seems to be a very hostile work environment. Those girls deserve better than to be told how stupid they are every five minutes, they are just trying to earn a living. I truly hope Patty can learn a lesson from all of them on how to treat another human being.

Love their cookies but not the service provided. Management needs some improvement. VERY RUDE. Sad to see this place change like this over the years, I’ve been going to since I was a kid.

Ordered 2 sandwiches, steak and cheese no onion and Stromboli no green peppers. Picked up sandwiches, Stromboli had lots of green peppers (suppose to be none) and 8 small pieces of sausage and the steak and cheese had onion. Usually we have good experience here but tonight was a very big disappointment.

I went here after reading the reviews and they did not disappoint! The boy with glasses who took my order was very kind and the tall one that brought my order out was nice too. The food was amazing and they got my order right, despite my expectations from some of the other reviews. The people working here are only human I guess. 10/10 would come back any day of the week

Just not my thing. Family owned and they are super nice. Just feel like the food is mediocre and over rated. Not a fan. Tasted like I got a subway frozen re heated pizza.

We ordered online and absolutely nothing was correct one pizza was covered in mushrooms and olives only 2 people wanted. The other one was supposed to be half pepperoni and half sausage. They didn't even make us the correct sandwich. When we complained our entire 60 dollar order was wrong the told us there was
Nothing they could do to make it right. The manager was so incredibly rude. We will never order from here again.

Edit for owner: we do not yell or cuss at anyone EVER. you have a serious issue with your staff and you need to address it. Your team leader told us there was nothing he would do to make it right. We asked him to remake it and he said no. The entire order was wrong. We then said then we will never eat here again. He said fine by me and we hung up. I think a recorder on your phone calls would do you some good especially after looking at other reviews. I do not want to give you my business at all after being lied about. Ordered online. No problem I still had to wait a little bit before I got my food. Get home and every sandwich we ordered was burnt to a crisp! It was black! They still wrapped it and Bagged it and gave it to me! I asked the owner if she would eat it, and her response was I didn't make it. But would you eat it? Still no answer and she snatched it out of my hands and threw it in the trash! They did remake our food, but you can't get your money back. So if you decide you don't like it, it's burnt, you can't even get your money back to go else where! If I could give 0 stars I would! Another place to mark off that will not get my money anymore ?‍♀️ absurd and very rude! And they think it is ok to serve burnt food! Had we been a dine in customer I bet they wouldn't of served it! They ask for a tip, even if you pick up! And if you give no tip, apparently they give you burnt food ?‍♀️
It wasn't a little crispy! it was burnt to a crisp! The meat the Buns! IT WAS ALL BURNT!!! BLACK!!!

We had mancino's cater our wedding, they did an excellent job! Betty and Joann helped us with the whole process of figuring how much food we needed for the amount of people coming and shared ideas of things we didn't even think about that helped with the event we were planning. The food was delicious! You could tell they put alot of time and effort into it. Would definitely recommend them to cater your events they were awesome and we had a wonderful experience!

Order a Reuben grinder and got a roast beef sandwich with lettuce tomato cheese… that is not what a Reuben is… some people have limited amounts of time on lunch to have a wrong order and can’t wait for the correct order. Not what I expect from a restaurant with high reviews. You have lost another customer !!

We used to eat here weekly as a family. It’s been a few months and we were excited to have it again! But where was the pizza sauce?i had to add our own to even get through eating it. My husband pushed his plate to the side and said we should have ordered Dominos. Not sure we will give it another try. So disappointed
