Had delivery driver showed up with out change was trying to get a 13 dollar tip on 26 dollar order. Left said he would come back. Did come back yelled me for calling the store!!! And still did not have change!! Try domino's they dont try to steal from you!

My orders show up without the extra dipping cups way too often that it just seems careless at this point. My last order should have had two jalapeno ranch cups, but there was only one. The previous order was the same way. There is no way to fix this. I want my orders to be complete. The receipt shows that I did order and pay for them. Do better please.

Trying to find a good pizza place in Columbus and this is NOT it! Delivery driver rude, pizza mishandled and smashed, asked for light sauce and seems I got extra sauce instead. Does not matter though because pizza was just down right nasty!! Pizza sauce gross, thin crust gross, cheese bread gross, and cinnamon bread gross. I threw most of it in the trash. First and absolute last time ordering from Marco's!!! One of the worst pizzas I have ever had. Wish I could get a refund.

Order wasn't ready after I called for a certain pick up time ,drove 17 miles for Marcos .Then my order wasn't all there had to wait another 15 min.When I got home one pizza had slices that didn't have any cheese on them.the people working there barely spoke English an acted like they couldn't t understand my complaints. Marcos use to be my favorite pizza but this was ridiculous told them this would be my last time then they understood English an told me that was fine they were not really busy at the time either ...probably won't go bac
