Order wasn't ready after I called for a certain pick up time ,drove 17 miles for Marcos .Then my order wasn't all there had to wait another 15 min.When I got home one pizza had slices that didn't have any cheese on them.the people working there barely spoke English an acted like they couldn't t understand my complaints. Marcos use to be my favorite pizza but this was ridiculous told them this would be my last time then they understood English an told me that was fine they were not really busy at the time either ...probably won't go bac

If you are in or near Columbus, IN looking for Pizza and more than this is a must stop. The ambiance is very welcoming with plenty of seating and there is something for everyone. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and the food is great. They even have build your own bowl make it as healthy as you want.

We enjoyed a great time at Marco’s Pizza today. We had salad, pizza, calzone and soft drinks. The location is clean and the food is delicious. Price is reasonable. Will come back again.

Took 2 or 3 hours to deliver my order and I didn't get it until after midnight (when they close). Had to call many times and was given inconsistent updates. First call i was told it was out for delivery. Second call i was told they were just putting it in the oven. Last call they said they cancelled it without telling me. Delivered to the wrong house too. Neighbors were up and gave me a call.Gave them a second chance and same thing happened. Only this time I got in a heated argument with the guy over the phone. Said I was calling every five minutes. I had the call logs. Called every 20 minutes. Took well over an hour after the estimated delivery time.Pizza is still good but just get Papa John's instead. Similar quality but they're always chill.It's been a while since I had them because of this but I feel like my previous review was quite outdated. This was most recent experience.
