Early A.M. employees always having attitude. Breakfast employees too tired to function. Lunchtime is spent dancing and ignoring customers if you're not in the drive thru. Good luck trying to get any food during dinner. Employees at 4.am always have attitude, act like you shouldn't even be coming around, mad when they have to get off their phones. Apperentlty the managers choose to mock you then slam the window in your face. Hand out orders to the wrong people and wanna act like it's the customers fault. I wish I didn't have to even come to this location for deliveries, but I sure am done spending my money here. Dissatisfied and annoyed, everytime.

we ordered curve side pick up they never brought it out went inside to get food had been in window for at least ten minutes according to the ticket on the bagwas there for over 15 minutes

Food is always horrible and cold. Employees are too worried about getting family's food out than getting customers correct. Bathrooms are foul and haven't been touched. Theres 3 other mcds in columbus, take your chances with them.

I never get the dang toys I order for. Like I ordered the pet simulator toy and I got a dang puzzle. I payed for the pet simulator meal and didn’t even get the toy for the meal. I call scams and I and very unsatisfied.

Takes 15+ mins to do a mobile order just to give you none of the sauce you asked for nor the drinks.
Placed an order on the app, it disappeared and they said they couldn’t find it. I get it, apps don’t work. I ended up paying twice for one meal. When I went up to the drive through to pay, I voiced my complaint and the lady ignored me completely and proceeded to take someone else’s order. Incredibly inconsiderate!

Baby I’ve worked customer facing roles for the past 6 years. Everywhere has a make it right policy. It would cost your store a few cents to make the order that I paid for at the store that I placed it at, I guarantee it would run you zero risk of being reprimanded. Man at the end of the day there was just no good reason to not take care of the customer. Because of MOD James I am going to go through my shift at my customer facing role and not be able to eat until 6PM today. I mean you have literally ruined my day for what? For what bro? I’ve never had a problem like this with this McDonald’s, but it really is starting to get to the point where you just can’t go to McDonald’s anymore. They’re all unreasonably disappointing.
