We've been here a few times and it's never been anything but disappointing. Food has never been correct with any visit. The staff is slow and unfriendly. The food is not that good regardless of our order being wrong. Each to their own but this is my personal opinion. Pizza comes out at a warm temp not hot, the sandwich I ordered was rock hard, two of our glasses had a coating on them that you could physically feel on your skin. We have never had a bad experience at Mother Bears in Columbus! The staff is so friendly. The food is great. This time we had Peyton as our server she was amazing! Tisha ran our food and she was amazing too. ❤️
It sure is hard to beat a delicious pizza from mother bears! So glad they have the location in Columbus now and our family will accept whatever the wait time is to get some amazing deep dish pizza anytime! 10 out of 10 recommend!
