When is asked them for teriyaki sauce in the bag I meant the packets, not to literally pour it in the bag and not give me any sauce packets... the bag was upright and not tilted the entire way to the office. Why does this happen so often?

Three items ordered by drive thru. One correct, one wrong, and one not there. After notification to store by phone without any problems, I went back to get my items. When picking up the corrected items going back thru drive up, the employee at the window handed me a bag without a word and a death stare without any apologies for the wrong items or me having to return to get them.

Ordered online & it said it would be ready in 10-15 mins. Got there a little after and my order wasn’t ready. Cool okay I can wait. No it took an extra 25 minutes for my order. At this point, there weren’t customers in line or anything like that, so kind of weird. The food wasn’t even good, so it was a waste of my time.
