They are consistently out of iced coffee. My mobile app says that my coffee order is ready but my cup Is never in the designated area for pickup. I always have to ask for it. The food is really good. But the service really needs to step up.

The entire restaurant smells like dirty dishes and a truck stop bathroom. Didn’t try the food. I walked out 30 seconds after I walked in because of the smell.

I recently placed a catering order with this Panera cafe for a seminar, and I am incredibly disappointed with the service I received. First, the breakfast was delivered late in the morning, causing a delay in the event schedule. Unfortunately, things only got worse in the afternoon when the lunch was over 45 minutes late, completely throwing off the timing of the seminar. To make matters worse, the boxed lunches were not labeled, which created unnecessary confusion when it was time to serve. This experience was incredibly disappointing, and I will be reconsidering any future catering orders with Panera.

I like their food when it is prepared correctly, but this place needs to be cleaned more frequently. The drink station and dish returns are always filthy.

It’s been years since I’ve gone to Panera due to being disappointed in quality of the food and experience.

Unfortunately my trip reaffirmed this. I arrived at 5:30 PM (the restaurant closes at 9pm) on 11/1/24 and the restaurant was out of multiple food items, had about 10 pastries left, 2 bagels, and the baguettes for meals were out. When notified of this the customer service was mediocre at best. I’m not sure if the limited food was due to supply issues or not, but it was not relayed or apologized that the food was not available. For the price of the food I was hoping for a better experience.

Tables were not clean as well as the floor. Large crumbs all over the tables and floor as other customers have reported and pictured.

I did give 2 stars for food instead of 1 because the food (on what was available ) did come out hot and tasty.

Disappointed as I really wanted to give the company another try, but there are areas for improvement.
