Double check your sauces before leaving. You rarely get the extra ones you paid for. Also, try not to get run over by deliver drivers. They're a menace on the back side of the building. I think they drive blindfolded for the challenge.

Messed up the order and its been like forever to get my order!! Kept saying its in oven and its been like 30plus minutes of wait to get one single pizza !!! Worst ever experience with this outlet. All orders after mine are getting ahead and delivered.. feels like shouldn’t have stopped at all here

So they didn’t call me to tell me they were having problems finding my address. They just didn’t deliver the pizza when I called and was like hey my pizza says delivered, but it’s not that’s when they said I gave them the wrong address which I did not so I gave them directions to my house. I know they have different drivers but they come out every couple weeks. I don’t know why they couldn’t find it this time so instead of taking my food back to the restaurant and remaking it they just I guess kept the food in their car because I had cold pizza and warm soda and I don’t know how long it had been their car, but I got it two hours after I ordered it and the crust tasted like the cardboard box

I live 4.9 miles from the Pappa John's on Rt. 46 in Columbus Indiana a nine minute drive. When I tried to order a pizza for delivery they said that they do not deliver to our area. I have seen their cars in our subdivision all the time. Way to lose business and customers.

Very very rude staff . Did an online order and they left my pizza at the door … never rang the doorbell just left the pizza . When I called the store Cameron answered said he was the acting store manager and said that drivers are supposed to call at the very least. Never got a call. He refused to give me any mangers name or contact info. Said it was their policy not to give out NAMES !!!! Then when I said that I don’t feel like he handled my issue he basically said all he could do was offer a refund or a free pizza for the next visit ! He also never apologized , never offered to remake food and deliver the proper way NOTHING . I am a customer a paying customer and your customers are the reason any of your staff have jobs. Then when I told him I will find out who is above him and will complain everyday until something happens. He works at papa John’s then he proceeded to tell me that at least he makes more money than I do . And when my husband called to speak with him he wouldn’t come to the phone . Yall have the worst customer service ever and if this is how your staff will handle food that someone has ordered and paid for I will report you to the health dept and the state because I’m pretty sure that just leaving food at someone’s door and your not door dash is against regulations . I’m also going to report this store to your franchise owner and even the corporate office . Someone could get extremely sick from their food being handled this way . Terrible terrible terrible . And I will never recommend this store to anyone . To be treated so foul when I PAID for my food ! If I wanted my food left on my stairs outside in below freezing weather I would have said that .

Tried to place 2 different orders on 7/28/2024 through the app and then the website online, I never received an email confirmation or bank statement (because I can only assume the orders were rejected, or, with the new app update Papa Johns cannot support their own infrastructure).
Irresponsible business dealings, I wish I could report them if it weren't for the slew of corporate lawyers they'll sure employ
Ordered pizza and driver delivered it. It was a totally wrong order. I called store and driver returned a few mins later with our order. I asked the store if they wanted the incorrect order and they said yes. Mine you the order had been in my house with boxes open and they were going to deliver it to the right house. Very insanity!! Won’t be ordering from there again. I would be disgusted to know I got an order that was already on someone’s house.

Bread sticks were under baked and had wet dough inside ( pic attached) Giving it 2 stars because pizza was great as always. Their papadias were yummy as well on our previous orders.
