Workers🧑🍳 are always awesome, polite and kind😇. The food is always epic💯 and fresh not any of that flash frozen❄️ sh*t 😆. The store itself was laid back😎 and accommodating to the customers🤤. I would refer any single person🫄, family🧑🤝🧑👭, or party🥳 to Penn Station for any lunch or dinner meals.🧑🍳🌯🍟🫄🔥💯

Great food and service
Awesome subs
The food is so good! They are a little pricey but worth it.
Took 35 minutes to get my food when the website quoted me 15. They were out of sweat tea by the time they gave me my food and cup, but would not let me get lemonade instead (30 cent difference after waiting patiently 35 minutes didn't seem like a big deal to me). Instead, they wanted me to wait the 5 minutes it would take them to make more tea. The food was good, though.
Decent food over priced in my opinion 18 dollars for a sandwich seems a bit steep but it is what it is
It used to be that it was kind of overpriced but still at least it was awesomely good.
It's dumpster water now but it cost more.
Always fresh made to order greeted as soon as you walk in!

Ordered pickup for a specific time and ended up getting stuck at work. I called and when I finally got there 2.5 hours later, they remade my order fresh. THAT is what customer service should be
First time ever eating a Penn Station sub, it was one of the best subs I ever had
I am never ordering from here again. I pay for extra meat and this is what they consider extra. I thought maybe they just missed that I requested it but this has happened every time I have ordered. So no more!!
I ordered the Dagwood sandwich “East coast style” with corned beef for my meat. They forgot my cheese. We were going to dine in, but the store vents were blowing such cold air it was uncomfortable to eat in there, so we took it home. If the restaurant was comfortable to dine in I could have gone up to the counter to get my cheese that was left off. Since I drove all the way home before I ate I certainly wasn’t driving back, so I had to just go without.
Had the cheese steak and it was real good! The fries were awesome too and everyone was very friendly
