First time at Phoshiki since new ownership. Ordered 2 extra large rare beef pho and 2 teriyaki pork kids meals. The food was still as delicious as before. Appreciated the amount of beef given for the pho. Kids enjoyed their meals as well. Don't care for the price increase, but who does lol. Despite their very small staff they got our food and orders out quickly along with all the drinks quickly. It was all tasty. We had never come across and sushi and pho place but honestly the roll and pho that we go were both delicious. Worth a visit if you are in or passing by Columbus IN as we were. They do it all well here including the service. Just have a bit of patience as they have limited staff.
Today, my friend and I passed by this restaurant and went in to try their noodle soup and rice spring rolls. The noodle soup portion was decent, and the price was affordable. The only regret was that we ordered shrimp noodle soup, but the broth was beef broth. We don't eat beef, and when the waiter changed the soup for us, it still had a mixed meat flavor. We hope the restaurant can try to separate the broths for customers who don't eat beef or lamb.
