Manager called to verify our party size in advance, which was great as we had two more to a large party already booked. Service was very prompt. Beverages refilled timely, biscuits as well :) We all enjoyed our food and the variety offered on the menu.

We had a few not so good experiences before as far as food and service, but this particular restaurant was very good! The food was great as well as tge service. Although they were short staffed, it went very well.

Horrible service, use to be our favorite Red lobster but has went down hill

Food was delicious but they were super busy and some of the staff were off their game. Firstly, we had a reservation and had to remind the hostess to seat us after waiting 20-25 minutes past our reservation time. Secondly, our appetizer came out after our meal and only because we asked about it when receiving our food. I had to ask for utensils for my crab legs. Only received one basket of bread. Tried the margarita flight-do not recommend. Waiter was friendly and helpful but perhaps had too many tables as he didn’t visit often.

Hogan was our server and he was GREAT!! Our 7:00 reservation didn't get seated until 7:45. The hostess staff stated all tables were sat and they were behind. In actuality there was 16 open tables and more than 60 people in the front lobby. There was zero urgency, managers just walked around with tablets instead of busing tables and working with the crowd to get everyone set. Worst dining experience I've ever had or witnessed from a restaurant servicing prospective.

This was easily one of the worst experiences I've had at a columbus restaurant. The service was insanely slow despite there being a lack of business. I thought that it may have been due to a lack of staff in the kitchen which I would never fault for. After waiting an hour for our food to come out and it being cold to the touch, it was obvious that my food had sat there for WAY too long. Cold food, slow and unfriendly service, crab legs that were green with holes in them, curdled alfredo and underseasomed salmon. I usually try to find some redeeming qualities but unfortunately this visit was a bomb. I will not be returning again.

The carribean rock lobster was tough to chew, and what was the seasoning on it? But the Maine lobster was so delicious that it basically melted in my mouth.

Vegetarian options: A lot of vegetables for side dishes. But for main courses, I didn't see anything.

Dietary restrictions: The food just about tells you everything in it, and if not, you can ask the server.

Kid-friendliness: Always had menus, strictly for kids, and they can color on the back page.

My Mom and I ate there today and it was so delicious. From the time we walked in the hostess and the girl that seated us were very nice and the servers were also very nice even though they were working on Christmas Day. I couldn't have asked anything more from them. I just made reservations to back for New Year's Eve. Thank you to everyone there that made me and my mom feel special today.

My family and I went there about a week ago. We tried some drinks, I recommend the passion fruit margarita, it was my favorite. I always love ordering the ultimate feast, sooo good. Our server was nice, quick, and attentive. It was pricey for the 5 of us there, but that's what to expect when going to get quality food and service. I really enjoyed it.
