The people were extremely nice. The food however was not exceptional but it was good. The rice and beans were cold as of prepared a while before I ordered it. Otherwise this was a nice little restaurant.

Authentic Mexican dishes in the barrio. Locals eat here. We were the only gringos. Tacos with ground beef were generously filled, but so greasy that the soft corn shells tore, and we had to eat the filling with forks. We waited a long time for our check, maybe because the hostess/server also cooks, or she had regulars in the other dining room, and we were obviously tourists. If you're visiting, get your tacos to go, and ask for wheat tortillas, not corn.

I ordered carryout. She did not tell me the price until I got the receipt. It was 20$ and all I got was 2 tacos and a side of chips with a coke. The meat is undercooked and I asked for no onions. I just expect better than this especially since they are never busy.

Food was not as good as usual my beans were very runny. Kind of disappointed as this was a date with my beautiful wife. My tacos (corn tacos very good) enchiladas were very good..
