I went to Rohde’s for the first time the other day and had an excellent experience! I ordered the battered fried fish sandwich and fries. Delicious!!
Here are a few key points I noticed:
1) A very clean restaurant.
2) Friendly service.
3) Not a lot of extra grease on the food.
4) Buttery and slightly toasted (grilled) classic sandwich buns.
5) Has a perfectly authentic taste and presentation to the food and diner. Classic American 🇺🇸!!!

Everything was great. The best biscuits and gravy l've ever had. I was in town working on a job, and l stumbled across this diner. I live 50 minutes from there, but l'm going to make a special trip back some day when I'm not busy just to eat there again.

Great breakfast food. Nice, big dining room. Super-clean ladies' room. Friendly servers and clientele. I was here on a Saturday morning, got there just about opening time, 8AM. By the time I left it was starting to get somewhat busy -- 9:45 or so. Looks like the diner is popular with Columbus locals.
Parking: Right on State Route 46, north side of the road.

Rohde's is a throw-back old school diner with great food and many choices. What we used to call a working man's diner. Clean and very reasonably priced breakfast and lunch options. It's not fast-food, as their handwritten sign as you walk in says. It takes time to cook good down home type food, so be patient. It's worth the wait.
Parking: It can be tight when they are busy. I park parallel to the road next to the grass because I have a full-size pickup, and it's too long for regular parking.

I called to speak to someone about the biscuits and gravy I ordered. This food tasted like it was sitting out all day. Well anyways the person I talked to on the phone said the owner will give you call back and never did. Here it is the next day no phone call back shows they care about their customers. I will never return back to this place.

We went to this spot because of the high ratings, but we won't go back. Waited almost an hour and a half for food before giving up. The waitress seemed overwhelmed and kept blaming the kitchen staff. But she was slow in taking our order and never offered us as much as a cracker during our long wait. After initially "memorizing" our order, she finally wrote it down after we'd been waiting over an hour. We left after at least two parties that arrived after us were fed before us. We decided to spend our money elsewhere. Giving it one star only because that's required for posting reviews.
Maybe the best biscuits and gravy I’ve had in a diner. Gravy was mainly crumbled sausage which was outstanding and the biscuits were not hard but not too soft. I would travel to eat here again. Fast friendly staff, was very busy and I can see why 👍👍
