I usually love Sonic, especially the one in Seymour, which has always been great for me. Unfortunately, the Sonic in Columbus was a huge disappointment.

The service was awful, and the food was not good at all. The corn dog was burnt and completely dried out, and the hot dog also tasted bad and felt poorly prepared. Overall, the food quality was really disappointing and didn’t feel worth the money.

The only thing that was good were the slushies, those were fine as usual. I really hope this location improves, because I normally enjoy Sonic and expected much better.

I ordered a BLT. It's not hard to make but mine had a few tiny pieces of bacon, a snippet of lettuce, and a whiff of tomato. We were in a hurry so I couldn't send it back. Do better, y'all.

I didn't get anything. I stopped for the car hop service as a treat for my husband and I. No one waited on us in 15 minutes so we went to the drive through. It was so slow. The woman in front of us waited at least 10 minutes and they still hadn't waited on her. We went to Rally's next door.

Went to the drive through and waited 10 minutes, no one answered. There were five vehicles behind us. Cars were in the kiosks and did not get waited on so they left. Don't know who owns this Sonic but they either can't get help, don't pay the employees enough or insufficient training. Very poor service. So much for fast food. I'll just keep going to Chick-fil-A and Culver's. Have to give this Sonic a zero

I hate to do this but if nobody speaks up others get disappointing food. I ordered a garlic, bacon cheeseburger. Burger SHOULD be about 3 or so inches high, mine was about 1 1/2, should have had 2 slices of cheese, mine had 1. Then I got what should have been an order of fried pickles. What I received was about 6 french fries and pickles that looked like they were fried 3 hours ago, limp and greasy. The drink, well the lid slipped off when I started to pick it up and I spilled it in my car. So, to say that the server/carhop Susan was the high point of my visit in a huge understatement. I will NOT be back!

Had the smash burger last time I was here and it was really good. I like how they come out while your in the drive thru line and don’t make you wait until your at the window. Everywhere should take note and do that.
