Went to the drive through and waited 10 minutes, no one answered. There were five vehicles behind us. Cars were in the kiosks and did not get waited on so they left. Don't know who owns this Sonic but they either can't get help, don't pay the employees enough or insufficient training. Very poor service. So much for fast food. I'll just keep going to Chick-fil-A and Culver's. Have to give this Sonic a zero

I hate to do this but if nobody speaks up others get disappointing food. I ordered a garlic, bacon cheeseburger. Burger SHOULD be about 3 or so inches high, mine was about 1 1/2, should have had 2 slices of cheese, mine had 1. Then I got what should have been an order of fried pickles. What I received was about 6 french fries and pickles that looked like they were fried 3 hours ago, limp and greasy. The drink, well the lid slipped off when I started to pick it up and I spilled it in my car. So, to say that the server/carhop Susan was the high point of my visit in a huge understatement. I will NOT be back!

Had the smash burger last time I was here and it was really good. I like how they come out while your in the drive thru line and don’t make you wait until your at the window. Everywhere should take note and do that.

For the past 5 visits I've made here, every slushie I have ordered gets made wrong. Either missing an ingredient or someone randomly decided to add nerds to it when it wasn't asked for. The attitude of most of the employees have also been pretty rude. Today, I went through the drive-thru and ordered two slushies, one with strawberries, and both of them made dirty. I took a sip out of mine, and it wasn't made dirty, I tasted no cream whatsoever. I took it back and told them, I pulled up to the window, and the employee explained to me what it meant to make it dirty? Lady, i know, that's why I asked for it lol. She said her coworker made it dirty, I said okay? Handed her the drink and said you can check if you want but I didn't taste any cream. She took the old one, handed me a new one and they forgot to add the strawberries in the new one 🙃 I don't think I want to come back, mostly due to the attitude. Do better🫶

We have ordered delivery from here via Uber eats multiple times and almost every single time they have not given us items we have ordered. And my husband would have to drive up there to pick up the rest of our order that wasn’t even accessible to the uber driver (glad we wasted extra money to have it delivered on uber eats).

This location was great when it first opened but has been going downhill recently. Food quality is still okay but you have to check your order to make sure nothing is missing. Today they forgot one drink, didn't put a cherry in the Cherry limeade, and put about a tablespoon of chili on the Frito pie.

This place is pretty fast, and I would say it's pretty cheaper than most of the places around Columbus to get food. I am giving this place for stars due to nice customer service and exceptional food quality the only problem I have with this establishment is the last time I went there I ordered four drinks and it took them 10 minutes in the Drive-Thru for me to get my items which was an inconvenience to me because what if I had somewhere to be. I love pressing the big red button to order food and I also would recommend the strawberry mangonada that's mostly the reason I come here because it is Tangy Sweet and refreshing and has bits of strawberry in it which also I find very tasty. I probably wouldn't come here for anything else, though, so four stars.
