11/29/25 experience: Barista on duty around 830am is horrible. Drinks are not good and her attitude is even worse. She should not be making drinks or dealing with customers period. The person on cashier at that time was welcoming and friendly.
Much improved in the months since my previous 1-star review. The employees have been friendly, they actually call out the name on the order, and dining area looks cleaner and feels cleaner. Bathrooms appeared clean. Drinks were warm when supposed to be. Food was hot. The only downside is still the traffic routing. If you are in a parking spot and the drive-thru line is full then you have to wait for who knows how long before you can back out to leave.

I am a very conscientious driver and I gotta say, watch the dang curb when you pull in off the highway. It's been hit about a million times and it'll knock your filings right out. This thing sticks out four feet further than it should. Also, the service is slower than most Starbucks.

This place really misses the vibe of a coffee shop. Slow is an understatement, no one was in there just to work or be. There was no order to their drink making system. Pure chaos. Kind of comical to watch but it's a brand that should do better now matter the location.

Coffee isnt any thing special. I know alot disagree. The atmosphere is nice. But bring back the couches and vibe it was ment to be. Service and staff are wonderful. I came for a meeting. So it was good . But the coffee is not the hype

I’m really bummed to make this review but the drive through line/lane area is ridiculous - it doesn’t make sense and it takes forever! I waited 10 minute just to pull into the line and got cut off by someone else so I left. It takes so long to get drinks and it just makes me never want to stop in there.
Drive through needs to be reworked. Potential for accidents is very high. All service is great; friendly and efficient.
