Whoever is the district manager needs to take a look at this store , I have seen much busier locations that maintain the standard. This one needs to have better communication amongst the staff to make things more efficient they need to keep up with the prepping so they don't have to be doing it in the middle of the rush so their product is consistent and fast. Pretty much the timing is really off .

It's a hit or miss sometimes they do a good job other days there drinks just don't have flavor. More I've and cream today it tasted more like butter.

My husband and I FIRST went through the drive through. The man who “attempted” to take our order was very rude. Kept telling us they did not make the drink we wanted. And he did not order the last drink we wanted. There was supposed to be 4 drinks in all. And when we got to the window they had only made 3 drinks and still argued with us when we pulled up the drink we made. Once we finally got the 3 drinks. I had to go inside the store to ordered my daughters. I sat there for 20 minutes before they finally made the drink. It took me having to stand right up next to the counter to get them to make the drink. Multiple people ordered after I did and they got their drinks before I did. The staff is very rude.
