I went back to my home town to visit some family yesterday and was needing a little pick-me-up,if you will, so I stopped by the new Kroger's with a starbucks in it. I was greeted very nicely and was served very honestly! While the employee working alone, she was very kind and up to the task of making my drinks even with a migraine that she was suffering from and apologized about in advance. So I ordered 2 medium caramel frappuccinos with 2 espresso shots each so 4 in total...
Was shopping for groceries and decided to stop by this instore Starbucks for a hot tea. The person working the register was unsure how to ring up our order (pretty simple, just a venti hot tea) and had to get their colleague to tell them what to do. They had similar problems taking a tea bag out of its envelope, putting it in a cup, and pouring hot water into it, but got the job done again with some coaching.
