Quality of food has really gone downhill. Also, they only have the touch screens to order which I find repulsive. I don't want to touch a nasty, unwashed screen that everyone else has touched and then eat my food. I do not recommend.

I take my client here about once a week. She adores their chocolate peanut butter shakes. Since coming in regularly, we’ve gotten to know some of the staff here. They are always accommodating, helpful, and the nicest people. Today was my clients birthday and the cook even offered to buy her milkshake today as well as get me one. It’s a sweet small gesture, but completely made her whole day. Thank you guys for the amazing service!

The lady at the window wasn't nice at all. I can say I wont be back for a good while. You shouldn't make people feel like a burden. I was super hungry and had missed my lunch at 11 and it was 230. Just a bummer how the world is anymore. No one is nice hardly.

My chilli had onions and I hate onions. All I wanted tonight was a Frisco Melt and Chili with Cheese and people can't read a monitor or receipt. I am not driving back in for a replacement.

This was the first time in a couple years that I've eaten at Steak n Shake. I was shocked when I received my smashburger. It was paper thin and I don't know if you could call it meat or cardboard. It was like sitting there eating a bun. I know how a smash burger should be prepared and it's supposed to be thin with crispy edges but it's still supposed to be juicy in the middle. Mine was so thin it had holes in it and there was no juice coming from it at all. I had also ordered the chili and it was cold and tasted grainy. The most tasteless meal ever. It's not cheap to eat out as we all know but please, at least serve food that is pleasant and prepared properly. Very disappointed in the whole experience.

We haven't get Steak and Shake for a really long time ago! We decided to stop by! The food was incredible delicious and hot! We tried birthday cake shake and it was really good! I just will say the parking wasn't clean, was a lot of trash on the parking but can be fix!
