Well the sandwiches that seem to be getting smaller but the prices are getting bigger I got a steak and cheese in there the other day footlong 13.00 then they won't charge me extra toppings

The food amazing. And made perfect. One thing that was wrong was they couldn't use knives to cut up tomatoes for the nachos they had to use there gloved hands.

This location needs better staffing as for the most part there is only one person attending the food line and it’s not enough for the amount of customers. The wait time is too long.
Food is good though and the store is clean.

As a GrubHub plus customer, I am furious that they took the order and then they canceled the order because they were too busy to be able to do delivery when called. They had a full mailbox so they were not accepting calls. I imagine that means calls for orders as well And since they are the only subway in Columbus on GrubHub, I believe they Should be removed from GrubHub plus and closed

Parking: Drive-through cuts through several drive lanes from the parking it is dangerous and inappropriate

imagine you’ve been outside in the hot sun from 8 am to 11:30 am at band camp and all you want to do is eat a snowcone and have lunch INSIDE. Then when you walk into subway they kick you out for having a beverage/snowcone with you. What kind of policy is that like genuinely? You’re kicking out paying customers. I walked in with food I had bought from the same subway not even 10 minutes ago and the woman behind the counter yelled, “Lady! You can’t come in with outside food.” I understand that having to repeat that 100s of times gets annoying but there is no need to be so rude. At least say Ma’am next time and not lady. Let’s just say I’m glad I pressed no tip ! And I’m sorry to anyone that has to work with Jennifer, you poor, underpaid souls ?

Jennifer was the rudest, most uninterested fast food employee I’ve ever come across. Made me feel unwelcome in her empty store. Then I was charged $7.26 for a 6” no drink, no chips. Yikes.

I ordered a BMT with cheese, and oil and vinegar. I received 12" bread with no meat and no cheese. I called the store and they could do nothing about it. They said to call Doordash who could also do nothing. I should think that the restaurant would replace the sandwich or refund my money. Doordash simply picks up the order and delivers it. How disappointing!!!

This subway NEVER makes my sandwich right. I order a subway club, which is ham, roast beef, and turkey. I always end up with the all American, which has bacon. I don’t eat bacon. It’s not what I ordered. I even put in notes “if you are out of roast beef, just make it without” and yet I ALWAYS am given the wrong order.
