Waited over 5 minutes in drive thru. No acknowledgement that I was there. Another customer was at the window and was still waiting when I finally drove off with two other cars. Completely wasted my time trying to eat here.

One of worst and ridiculous customer service from this location. I don't understand if subway opens at 9:00 am then why both the sign says we are open at 7:30 am every morning.
This is the 3rd or 4th time that I went to subway after seeing the sign they open and employees refused to provide any service and I have to walk out. There is no point of keeping the sign open when you don't want provide the service or serve food to your customers.
I am huge subway sandwich lover and I am shift supervisor of one of the subway restaurant and I never do that to my customers.

Place is awful. No one greeted us, and we were charged for extra drinks on our combos. They refused to refund our money and only argued with us about our ticket. Avoid this location

The food was not very good. Flat bread was not fresh. Service was extremely slow. Love the leather chairs with tables very comfortable. The restrooms were clean.

When I go inside, it's hard to make the person behind the counter understand what I want when they do not speak English. Also, I drive a Chevy Silverado and when I have tried going to the drive-thru, it is not wide enough without having to jack my truck back and forth to make to turn. They should take out the curb.

Didn't ask for vegetables. Receipt has no vegetables on it. Get back to work and it's loaded with black olives. Yes I should have checked before leaving the drive thru. Guess that's what I get. ✌️

Left my order sitting on the line for over 10 minutes while they made orders for people that came in after me. They made it halfway and then just stopped. They had all the ingredients ready to go, they just wouldn't finish it.

They don't pay attention to what you want on your sandwich , they put cheese on it, which I didn't ask for.
This is the worst subway in town. Staff has been rude due to the inoperable drive through mics and speakers. Food order were never correct and ingredients were low quality. I've had to wait in line and drive through for 15-20 minutes. District management needs to make some changes at this location.
