I love Subway but both subways in Columbus no longer carry unsweetened iced tea. I went to Subway because it was a healthier fast food option for dietary needs, but will be looking for another option. Also, compaired to some of the other surrounding area subways the menu prices seem to be higher

Order on mobile 30 before to arrive never did they make the sandwich till I said I have a mobile order I have stood here 8 mins more since I ordered 2 sandwich's I really think out of 3 worker someone could of made this sandwich within 38 mins poor service and bread was very hard on sandwich lost a customer at your location

Every single time I give this location a chance out of convenience of being down the street from home and every single time I just lose money. Almost always order the same thing and get extras put on and every single time I get charged for it all and the workers never add any of it on.

About the… I don’t know 30th time I’ve asked for a toasted sandwich and didn’t get it toasted. Also got RSV from a sandwich because their workers are disgusting. Never coming back ever again. SO incompetent you can’t even toast a sandwich. Embarrassing.
This place is pretty average for a Subway, as you can get. Sometimes, I have ordered off doordash or another delivery app or did a mobile order on their app and I come in to get my order and I get home to check my sandwich just to see that my sandwich had been messed up. The employees are also kind of rude and look very tired and don't want to be there. The only good thing I can say about this place was that the lobby was clean, and they had a claw machine in here to entertain you while you were waiting on your sandwich. Also, another time I placed another mobile order here and my parents came home and I had to put a sorry in my mobile order and my parents had forgot it but I thought the employees could put the drink right next to the mobile order but I didn't realize that so that was kind of my fault. I am writing this place three stars because it is average and is always going to be average.

I went here for once in the drive thru and told the woman working I wanted a veggie delight sandwich. She asked what I wanted on it, and I told her to give me the default sandwich. She told me there is no default and I had to choose. There is though? She was snappy and rude about it. Never went back after that.

Drive thru is the slowest, bread was hard, paid for a combo they forgot my chips make sure you check your order before you pull away. You have to watch to make sure when they put veggies on your sandwich they dont get their dirty apron on your food when they lean over it.
