I would like to make a complaint on the new district manager at the Brazil subway.
I am the salon manager next door. I was with a client today. I parked behind him. In the GREAT ClIPS parking spot. Our community is a small tight community & everyone knows we do double parking behind the building. He came in (as a manager in my own salon) very unprofessional to ask me to move my car. I let him know I will move it once I’m finished with my clients. (We can’t just up & leave clients). He asked why I did it. I let him know I do it to everyone. Subway has the first 3 parking spots plus the two on the side. Great clips has the next two then little ceasers coffee grounds get the last two plus the parking lot across the street. I kept letting him know I will move it once I’m done with my client. He went on about how it’s illegal. Look closely in the parking lot you can see faded lines. The then said here’s the deal I give you 3 minutes to move your car or I’m going to call & get it towed.
I’ve been working in the same building with a different company for 6 years. Not one single district manager has ever been this way. I’ve been outside while he’s talking with his employees the body language he gives off to them is very unprofessional. His name is Ashten Jackson.
I’m also the one who made sure every employee was okay, mental & physically when the car drove through. It’s very disrespectful how Ashten acted today.

Would like to rate this company a ZERO ! after a district manager ( new ) came into another company and threw a fit about a parking spot that wasn’t even for subway his exact words “ you have three minutes to move it or I’ll call and have it towed” Ahsten Jackson. You are very disrespectful & a very rude person.

Filed a complaint on an employee at the Subway in Yorktown In. Area manager called and promised to investigate and get back with me. He never has so I will not be doing business with any of your locations.
