So incredibly slow. Painfully slow. I heard employees in the back laughing and messing around. How about do your jobs instead?? Not to mention the food was terribly put together and some of it was straight up gross. I am so disappointed with this location.

This is the BEST Taco Bell in Columbus. Don’t waste your time at the Edinburgh exit either. Just come on down to this location. Food was fresh and made right! The dining room was spotless. Staff friendly, it’s got it all!

Me and my friend put in 2 online orders. We got the build your own crave boxes. The potatoes were full and steaming.the nacho fries were phenomenal. Very well seasoned and delicious. The crunch rap was nice and tight. Baja blast 👍🏻

Inside the store, you can only order through a kiosk. The employees are absolutely unwilling to talk to you, let alone help you if you're having difficulty with ordering. This Taco Bell offers ZERO customer service. When I spend $10, I expect $10 of customer service. Unwilling to do even the bare minimum? Thank you, I'll go elsewhere. Done with Taco Bell.
