Food is always great. This is our favorite restaurant to go to. Would highly recommend anything off their menu. Tables are always clean, staff is always great. I would go as far to say. They're the best restaurant in town food wise. But I enjoy Thai food a lot.

Amazing atmosphere and service; however, the Pad Thai was too salty and didn’t have enough flavor.

I ordered a stir fry dish that was ginger based. I substituted green beans for zucchini. what i received was a very watery bowl of green beans with no flavor. the noodles were big mass of unseperatable sticky mess. The worst food I have been served in years. The waiter was amazing but the kitchen did not back his presentation at all. Huge disappointment, I won't be back. 1st bad review i have given in years. Came home to make dinner. Sad I love supporting local businesses, this one is very over priced for extremely bland watery food.

We came to Thai Connection while on a road trip back to Chicago. We saw the great reviews and thought we'd give it a try. It was a Friday night and not very crowded so we were sat quickly. The menu was fairly large with regular Thai fare and a few specials of the house. There are vegetarian options. I ordered the red curry with tofu and my friend ordered the green curry with tofu. We asked for spicy. We split some veggie dumplings as an appetizer. I had a Thai beer to drink. The appetizer was nice and served with a dumpling sauce that was very good. The entrees arrived after 10 minutes. They looked great. My red curry was OK and not very spicy. The green curry was much more spicy. The rice was just OK. Overall good service, nice decor, great appetizer and OK entrees.

This place was awesome. We wish it was closer to where we live. We are Vegans, and everything we had was perfect. They do offer non vegan things. In fact, it is mostly carnivore and vegetarian, but we left the cheese off, and everything was escelent.,

Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options made vegan, and all tasted great!

Ordered the Kow pad online, it didn’t ask for meat choice as an option. Picked up my food for lunch and called to mention they gave me the vegetarian dish with no meat. Not a big deal as long as they are willing to add it. The customer service of the lady who answered the phone when I called is insane she started by saying “Have you touched it??” I informed her no I haven’t yet as I just sat down and opened the bag at work. She said “okay well you can bring it back but I’m going to check to see if you touched it at all” like why are insinuating your customers are liars? Wait til I get there and just see for yourself. On top of that when I did get there they said they re-used the same rice and added chicken?? Okay so if it’s the same rice why would it matter if I took a bite or not? Very distasteful in a town full of other lunch options. Do better

Weekday dinner. Salad served after main dish. In one main dish wrong choice of meat added. Curry and stir fry dishes were full of eggplant and onions and little else. Eggplant pieces were not properly cooked so asked the lady to get them cooked. She took back the dish but again served undercooked eggplant ( fork wouldn’t go in). In the end we just picked out the eggplant and ate onions.
And they charge extra if you pay by card ( who pays cash?)

I grade extremely hard. Maybe 3 out of 20 make it past a 3 which is a serviceable meal.

The food fell in the exceptional . The soup light and flavorful. The spring roll had an excellent crunch and was not just stuffed with nappa.

The Pahad Thai had a nice flavor and spice level at medium. The chicken was moist. The noodles are firm.

The sweet and sour chicken had very fresh vegetables and a silky sauce.

Kid-friendliness: Plenty of room
