The Nutrition Lounge has been my go-to spot since high school! My friends and I used to stop by before and after the gym, and even after graduation, we still keep the tradition alive. The vibes are always great, the drinks are phenomenal, and there’s such a wide variety of flavors and fun combos. One of my favorites is The Olympian, which is a cool nod to being close to East. Definitely a spot worth checking out!

I absolutely love The Nutrition Lounge! It’s one of my favorite small businesses in Columbus, and I’m so glad I found it. Their drinks and protein shakes are not only delicious but also super refreshing and packed with flavor. You can tell they put real care into what they make, everything tastes high quality and looks amazing too!
The vibe inside is always fun and welcoming, and the customer service is top-notch. I do wish their hours were a bit more flexible to fit a wider range of schedules, but honestly, it’s totally worth planning around. I highly recommend giving them a try. You won’t regret it!

Every drink is made from powder, charged at $8 a cup. For a store name with the word nutrition, my mind was led to whole fruits or something less similar to a chemistry play set- which may be my own false expectation. The drink left slight jitters due to the excess caffeine that was put in, and the artificial sweetener is not my jam. Buyers beware.
